Eagle One is born in response to a new generation of coffee shops where design, performance and sustainability are determining factors to create a pleasant and memorable experience.

For the shape of the Eagle One, Victoria Arduino was inspired not only by its impressive history, but also concentrating on the needs of the new era coffee shops that require compact, efficient, and sustainable machines.

That's how design and innovation combine: having a substantial impact inside the machine in correspondence with its new form. The result is an extremely compact shape with minimal design, ease of use and with a new engine able to guarantee high performance and energy efficiency.

Eagle One is the reflection of teamwork, a project made by Coffee and Design professionals such as James Hoffman and the Arch. Carlo Viglino, together with the Simonelli Group R&D team.

• Multi Boiler: Every group has its own independent circuit and can perform at different temperatures.
• New Energy Optimization NEO: NEO Technology guarantees high performance with lower energy consumption and heating times. It works almost instantly, allowing only the necessary amount of water for the extraction to be heated, thus reducing energy-related costs. The LCA* (Life Cycle Assessment) demonstrated how the Eagle One had a 23% lower environmental impact when compared to similar category equipment.
• TERS: Patented Temperature Energy Recovery System uses the discharged waste water to pre-heat the incoming water. The result is an 8% energy saving.
• Group Cover with Ghost Display: The display is perfectly integrated into the machine's group cover. Once the dispensing has finished, it disappears and blends into the machine's group cover design.
• New Materials: The boilers are made in stainless steel and protected by an innovative material that guarantees high thermal insulation and avoids heat dispersion.
• Steam by Wire: Energy efficiency is guaranteed by the electronic controller. Steam-by-Wire allows significant control of the steam dispensing along with an elevated power/speed ratio.
• Autopurge: Makes life simpler, saves time. improves consistency.
• Low Environmental Impact: The new high performance design has kept the machine's volume low, thereby reducing the demand on the environment.
• App: Everything becomes even simpler. The App optimizes performance and use. It is possible to set the temperature and see the extraction time and flow rate. The Eagle One takes advantage of the digital revolution and is in connect with the user. The App can create recipes, share them with other users, or set recipes recommended by their roaster or barista. The App can also become a recipe sharing instrument by going on the section 'Cloud recipe' of the Victoria Arduino app
• Cool Touch Steam Wand: Anti Burn with an innovative design for better steam performance. Dedicated space to Purge on the drip tray.
• High Performance Steam Boiler: Performs at higher pressure for drier steam.
