Cancelling after placing the order

Please contact our Customer Care using email (info@coffee.plus) or phone (+91-98111 22565) to modify/ cancel your order as per terms below:

All coffee orders are roasted on demand & cancellation is not possible after the order is in processing or has shipped (in case the processing notification was not generated).

For Equipment & Accessories: 

Pre-orders/ special request items ordered cannot be cancelled since they have been brought in especially for you.
For items in stock- see below:

Refund of Payment- Prior to processing:

For orders where we have authorized cancellation: Your refund amount will be processed within 2 working days at our end. Do note that some banks take from 7 days to 21 days to complete the refund process.
The payment would be refunded back using the same mode of Payment as it was made originally. Payment gateway charges would be applicable (as paid by us to the Payment Gateway) + GST for both ways (To/Fro) of the transaction. These charges are usually 2% to 3% + GST one way depending on your original mode of payment/ credit card issuer.

Returning your items after shipping:

Requests need to be received within 7 days from shipping.

 

Please contact Customer Care using email (info@coffee.plus) or phone (+91 98111 22565) to return your order. It should be unused & in original packaging. We will refund the money once the product is received back to us subject to the following: a) Payment gateway charges will be applicable as elaborated in the Refund of Payment – Prior to processing section b) All return arrangements would need to be made by you at your cost c) The refund amount would be decided based on the condition of the product received. d) Please note the following Freight, Processing/ Handling as well as value depreciation charges & additional administrative charges for high end items will be deducted from your refund amount on a per product basis.
•    Rs. 200 for a product value (after taxes) less than Rs. 5,000
•    Rs. 500 for a product value (after taxes) between Rs. 5,000 – Rs. 10,000
•    Rs. 1,000 for a product value (after taxes) between Rs.10,000 to Rs. 20,000
•    Rs. 2,000 for a product value (after taxes) between Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 35,000
•    Rs. 2,500/- + 25% of product value for an order of value (after taxes) greater than Rs. 35,000. Additionally, for product value (after taxes) exceeding Rs. 50,000/- ewaybill administrative handling charges of 2,000/- will be charged.

 

Refusal to accept the shipment from the delivery person/ avoid receiving the shipment from the delivery person / not be present to receive the shipment on the next delivery attempt could be deemed as a defacto cancellation & would attract charges/ costs as per the above schedule.


All charges as above are subject to GST as applicable.

Damages/ Losses in transit: The liability for damages/ lost shipment/ other losses in transport is restricted to those covered by the carrier only. Free Shipping does not imply any insurance coverage in transit. This needs to be covered/arranged for/ paid for by the buyer/ yourselves.

Disputes if any are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Delhi, India only.
