The Compass 2 DB TC from Fiamma is a dual boiler two group coffee machine. Priced like a heat exchanger machine with features of a higher end specialty coffee machine. The machine is great for Cafes that sell around 100-200 odd cups of high quality coffee a day.

Quad PID

With PID controlled individual group heating, coffee service can be customized for different recipes.

PID controlled Steam (10.5 L) & Coffee Boilers (0.8 L) allow for high quality coffee in the cup- both for black coffees as well as for milk based coffees taking advantage of drier, more powerful steam.

The machine has six backlit beverage buttons on each group - one "Barista" button and four programable options and a portioned hot water button. The Steam knobs are quarter turn soft open/ close.

The machine comes in a tall cup- TC version as standard -no extra cost unlike others- with an easily deployable tray for smaller cups. For ease of use, the machine has an automated group cleaning program that is very easy to use. Easy cleaning for Barista's so no more bad taste from dirty coffee groups !
