The Mignon Libra grinders are part of the Mignon range's espresso focused grinders: The Libra is Super Quick, able to weigh the ground coffee into portafilter while grinding in real time. It is Extremely Precise with just +/- 0.2 grams of variation minimizes the coffee waste and helps to always achieves the expected result of your recipe. Zero Waste results thanks to: ) the unique Anti-Vibration System that allows shot completion even in case of disturbances or hits on the filter holder. b). Provides an Immediate stop of the grinding process in case of filter holder removal.
